Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God ,and His righteousness;and all these things shall be added to you.
What do I or you do to put kingdom first? Is time I spend, investing in the kingdom? This must be important because Jesus said to seek it first then everything else would be added to you,I take this as fall into place .If I took some scales & put seeking the kingdom time ,on one side and put the other things I do on the other side ,would my kingdom side go up or down?Is my life balanced or better yet do cares of this life weigh more? seeking something is looking for it ,when I spend all my time looking elsewhere,kingdom first is just not first.If I spend as much time praying (in spirit) and reading His Holy word as I do other things ,I would say all these other things (which I seek after anyway) would be added to me plus the time I spend in prayer and reading the word,worship ,,it would make me less tired ,sick,worried about all things I am doing, instead of seeking Kingdom.The only thing that matters in this life is what we invest into the next life -the kingdom.So if we are seeking the kingdom now,it will come now to us ... these all things, Matthew 6:32 ,says our heavenly father knows that we have need of all these things v 31 says don't even take thought saying what shall we eat, or drink, or wear ..God knows our needs so I suggest lets seek kingdom first to avoid the worrying .
